For AW2017, G.V.G.V. creates an atmosphere where new and existing culture was coexisting and has its sights set on a particular era when new music was born from the disco scene.
The designer drew an imaginary woman who dresses and puts make up to express her own individuality.
Playful style was introduced by mixing contrasting fabrics including sequin, faux fur and jacquards and foiled lace.
The original characters ‘Biddy’, ‘Peggy’ and ‘Steffie’ are embroidered, embellished and knitted on various items.
The lace up MA-1 jacket has been G.V.G.V.’s best-selling piece since 2013 autumn/winter and become one of the favorite items among international celebrities.
